Delivery
Dispatching
Our dispatching time is 1-3 working days - for large order it can be longer (please contact us for accurate ETA). If you want us to prioritise your order and get it to you before a specific date, we can do that but please contact us.
Shipping cost
For international orders - the shipping cost will be calculated in the basket before you check out. Domestic (UK) orders are sent for free.
Change of address
If you made a mistake in your delivery address or you moved, please call us at soon as possible.
Once the item leaves our workshop we will not be able to amend the address.
Customs and import taxes
For all EU citizens and other countries apart from the UK please notice that there might be additional customs costs except unit price and shipping.
Please check this with your tax office.
Product
I want something bespoke
Sure - we can make it for you based on your exact measurements - contact us and we will be happy to help and guide.
Colours
For most of the product we can make it in black, dark grey, white, gold and rustic colours (Note - rustic brass is not avilable). If you have a specific color in mind, discuss this with us!
Pipe diameter
For handrails we use 26.99mm and 33.33mm diameter. For clothing rails we use 26.99mm diameter pipe. This can be customised!
Colour Samples
We offer free colour samples to the UK. If your based outside the UK - there is a delivery charge so please contact us.
Screws (fixing)
Product(s) is not supplied with fixings (i.e screws) due to the variety of different wall substrates that it can be fixed to.
can i change length/height or distance from the wall.
Yes you can, please let us know by leaving us a note when placing the order or give us a call.
Is fitting included in the Length and height measurement?
Yes, the fittings are included in the length and heights measruments.
Return and exchange
Returns
We gladly accept returns and exchanges contact us within: 30 days of delivery. Refunds are not available for bespoke designs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Cost of returns
For faulty products we will cover the cost, however. if buyer change their mind then the buyer will be responsible for the return cost.
Refund
Once the product is returned we will issue a full refund. Refunds are not available for bespoke designs - please contact us for more information.
